SERVIÇO EXCELENTE, RÁPIDO, EFICIENTE E NÃO CARO! O técnico era um cara legal e, embora eu nunca esteja feliz por ficar trancado para fora, pelo menos sei que posso obter ajuda facilmente agora. E recebi uma cotação rápida pelo telefone. A concorrência queria me fazer esperar até que o técnico chegasse e então ele me citaria/ me manteria como refém. Não, obrigado!

Após meses tendo problemas com vários chaveiros diferentes, a HR Locksmith conseguiu vir e resolver um problema contínuo. Liam foi pontual, fácil de trabalhar e muito bom técnico. Eles foram super comunicativos durante todo o processo e garantiram o conserto por 6 meses no pior cenário. Recomendo muito e usarei no futuro.

Review is for response only! We got locked out of our house and called this number! They were responsive and willing to send someone quick to our house. Our family member with a spare key ended up coming. But we appreciate their customer service and will keep in mind for the future!

Someone had walked off with my mailbox key so I needed to replace the lock. When I called them they managed to send somebody out here in about 40 minutes. The guy was pleasant enough and did his service. Hence, the 2 stars. He showed me that the lock was a little stiff however it still worked . The guy said it would loosen up over time. As time has gone on the lock has become more and more not functional. In fact, there have been a few times where it was very, very difficult to open or wouldn’t open at all. So, in February, when there was one of the times when The lock would not work, I called to ask for someone to come to fix the lock. After several texts and calls back-and-forth, I was told that somebody would come out on the weekend (this was a Tuesday or Wednesday). Nobody ever showed up and I never heard back from the person with whom I spoke. So why am I writing the review now? Because The lock/ key did not work at all once again. I have called again and spoken with somebody who is probably a sort of answering service. She was polite and said she would have somebody get in touch with me. I am waiting now to see what will happen. I will follow up on this report with hopefully better news about H R Locksmith.

Nosso chaveiro anterior nos disse para esperar 10 dias úteis, sem contar os finais de semana. Bob e sua equipe resolveram no mesmo dia, simplesmente incrível.
